Prenatal Visit

Expecting?  Congratulations!  We would love to meet you before your baby arrives to answer any questions you may have about what to expect after your baby is born, the care and services we provide, or any general questions about our practice.  Just call the office you choose, and we'll be happy to set up an appointment to visit, free of charge. 

Meet and Greet

Looking for a new pediatrician?  We offer a "Meet and Greet" visit free of charge if you'd like to come in, see one of our offices, and meet with a doctor of your choice to see if our practice would be a good fit for you and your family.  Just call the office you choose, and we will set up an appointment to visit.

Delivery Day

Congratulations on your new arrival!  After you deliver, you will be asked which pediatrician you have chosen for your baby.  A follow-up is usually recommended 24-48 hours after your baby is discharged from the hospital, so just give the office you choose a call to set up an initial appointment.  While you and your baby are in the hospital, one of the in-house physicians will see and examine your baby, and we will look forward to seeing you at your first visit! 

Your First Appointment

We work hard to ensure that your child receives prompt medical care in a comfortable, child-friendly office setting.  To help expedite the first appointment, we ask that you sign a record release form prior to your visit so we can obtain your records from your previous health care provider.  For your convenience, you can print the record release by clicking the link under our "Forms" tab, printing it out, and faxing it or mailing it to your office.  We also ask that you please bring your child's immunization records and be prepared to complete paperwork regarding your family medical history, your child's medical history, and insurance information.
