Tylenol and Motrin Dosing Charts

Here are some helpful charts of different forms of Tylenol (Acetaminophen) and Motrin (Ibuprofen) and the appropriate doses based on your child’s weight. As always, please contact our office if you have any questions about medication dosing for your child.

Tylenol also comes in a rectal form with different strengths for children – 80mg, 120mg and 325mg.  This should not be given to infants weighing less than 12 pounds.  Please follow the above dosing recommendations above based on your child’s weight.
